Teaching others the skills we use
Lots of people have heard of agile development, and perhaps even read about it, but would like to get a more complete picture and have the opportunity to present questions to an experienced practitioner. We provide those opportunities through our training program.
Training
Although coaching and mentoring is an excellent way to improve team capabilities, sometimes you need to quickly provide focussed, intense exposure to a larger group. Our training service can help meet this need.
We have existing courses that have been run successfully multiple times, but we are also happy to develop custom material for your team, targeted at their specific needs. Our philosophy is that the material in the course is just a starting point – we want to ensure that everyone leaves the course with as many of their questions answered as possible. To achieve this we use experienced presenters who can shape the material on-the-fly and handle a wide variety of questions.
To reflect this philosophy, our confidence in our presenters, and to emphasise that the value of each course comes from the dialogue on the day rather than from the slides, we will gradually be making our slides and handouts publicly available (except for licensed material).
