Extreme Programming Workshop (3 days)

Licensed from Industrial Logic, a leader in agile development training and consulting in the USA, this workshop gives a hands on introduction to the entire XP life cycle for both programmers and customers. It uses the idea of a “process miniature” at two different levels, with a simulation of XP on the first morning of the workshop and a hands-on development exercise that stretches over the next two days. This workshop has been presented successfully in both Australia (Opcom, Varian) and New Zealand (Institute of Geological and Nuclear Scientists). Varian put more than 30 staff through this workshop, and have used it as the basis of a strategic shift to agile software development.
