In addition to coaching and mentoring, Cogent consultants are available to directly lead your development projects, either with your existing staff or with a team of your staff supplemented with Cogent consultants. Our experience covers small and large teams, in Java and Ruby on Rails, in a variety of domains, and in both co-located and geographically disbursed arrangements. We can straddle the important gap between development, business and project manage, and help provide a combination of technical direction and skills improvement.
