Staff
These are the people that work within Cogent and make it what it is today. Cogent Consulting is a company built on the quality of its staff, so these people mean a lot to the business.
Steve Hayes started Cogent Consulting. His son James loves to keep an eye on how dad is going.
Marty Andrews runs the business with Steve. He builds software by day, and plays pool by night.
Rob Mitchell writes classically good software and drives classically good cars.
Travis Winters makes sure our web front ends are slick, and helps out with our Ruby code too.
Mike Williams is our token Kiwi. When not developing software he looks after his two kids.
Natasha Bradley is Cogent’s resident user experience champion.
Damian Guy enjoys writing software and hanging out with his family.
Michael Rowe aspires to writing beautiful code. He hopes his kids grow up to be programmers too (but isn’t holding his breath).
Iain McCoy is pretty good at writing code, but he’s more fun to watch when he’s juggling.
Rachel Morley loves to wear different hats, like business development, product management and occasionally, cowboy.
Craig Ambrose makes Cogent international with his off-site Ruby development office in New Zealand.
Dan Tropp is a connoisseur of Melbourne vegetarian restaurants and good software.
Kunal Parikh eats technology for breakfast.
Benjamin Birnbaum has a great selection of t-shirts and is handy with code and web styling too.
